Love using this book as part of my daily routine. It’s a good size and easy to travel with. I like the daily journal reflection questions and the 369 outline format on the following page. Would buy again.

I gave this rating because, even though it’s too early to give it a full review, I have noticed that in the short time I’ve been using this I’ve been focusing more on the positives in my life. The daily journal helps you reflect on your day and reminds you to be grateful for the small accomplishments and to let go of the challenges you faced.

It’s more than just a notebook—it’s like a daily ritual that keeps me focused on what I truly want. Highly recommend if you’re serious about aligning your energy with your goals.

People always talk about manifesting but my brain is never quiet. So I can’t focus or meditate. This book made it simple and slowed my brain down enough to think. It only takes a few minutes a day. Definitely great if you have squirrel brain like me

Very clear and helpful! I loved being able to manifest in my own way, but also learn new tips and ideas. This book is also very informative! Definitely a recommendation if you're looking for a self-guided manifestation book!
while guiding individuals new to meditation and manifesting. The journal provides prompts to help and encourage real thought. This is not just a book with blank pages but a learning guide to help set intentions, goals, and healing.

I am a sucker for quotes, so I was not disappointed. This journal promotes positive self-talk and trains the brain to look for positive things that happened each day of the journey. I think my favorite one is: "What am I attracting into my life today?" It is so easy to believe that we have power over our lives, especially in this heavily sensationalized world we are caught in thanks to social media, dramatized news stories, and the like. This journal helps its readers refocus on what really matters and puts them in the driver's seat of their own lives. As the journal clearly states, "What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create," (pg. 14). I found it interesting that the journal encouges different approaches to manifesting. For example, it says that in the morning, you should repeat your affirmation three times. Then, in the afternoon, repeat it six times. Finally, at night, repeat it nine times. I think this helps soothe our brain, turning it into a tool for good, not destructive thoughts. Think about how hard your eyes and brain work together when you are searching for something. (On that note, something that works 99% of the time for me when I have lost something is to announce out loud, "There you are!" It sounds dumb, but it works)! Just like our brains, the Universe itself is on our side. All we have to do is align ourselves with it. How easy it is to blame our bad times on the world around us! In my experience, this selfish thinking is neither productive nor healthy. We are more in control than we realize. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone even mildly curious in the value of manifesting.

There are so many self-help books and journals but this is the last one that you will need. It's different because it prompts you to write several times a day and you focus on what you want. This journal taught me to focus on my positive qualities and I could see the difference in the choices that I made after I started using the journal. I recommend this for anyone that wants to make positive changes in their life.
