How long does shipping take?
Standard direct orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.
Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Is there an ebook?
Yes. The Mother I Did Not Know is available direct in paperback, hardcover, and ePub. The ePub is delivered by email immediately after purchase and works with Apple Books, Kobo, and any standard eReader. For Kindle, the Kindle edition is on Amazon.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Email info@thrivecollectivehq.com with a photo. We replace damaged books immediately.

What do direct buyers get that Amazon buyers do not?
Three things. First-edition printings during launch windows. The digital Reader's Companion on series titles, delivered to your inbox after purchase. And direct-only bundles that pair series titles at prices the big retailers do not match.
What is the Reader's Companion?
A digital PDF companion piece included with series titles. For The Mother I Did Not Know, the Companion includes the character family tree, a Santa Fe and Abiquiú map, author notes on the case-files form, and the first chapter of Book Two as a preview. Delivered to your inbox after purchase.
What does first edition mean?
Direct orders during a launch come from the first printing of the book. Later printings are noted on the copyright page. A first printing only happens once.
