Buying our books
Where can I buy your books?
On Amazon in paperback, hardcover and Kindle, and on Audible for the audiobook editions. Every book page here lists the formats available and links straight to them.
Why can I not buy directly from this site?
We are a small press and we would rather put our time into the books than into running a warehouse. Amazon and Audible handle printing, shipping, returns and customer service better than we can, in more countries, and usually faster. The book is the same book either way.
Is there an ebook?
Yes, as a Kindle edition on Amazon. Audiobook editions of select titles are on Audible.
What formats are your books available in?
Most titles are available in paperback, hardcover and Kindle on Amazon. Many also have an audiobook edition on Audible. The exact formats for each book are listed on that book's page.
Orders and returns
My order arrived damaged, or has not arrived. What do I do?
Contact Amazon or Audible, whichever you ordered from. They hold the order and can refund or replace it far faster than we can. If they cannot help, email info@thrivecollectivehq.com and we will do what we can.
Can I return a book?
Returns are handled by Amazon or Audible under their own policies, since that is where the purchase was made.

Bookshops, libraries and book clubs
Can my bookshop or library order your titles?
Yes. Our titles can be ordered through the usual wholesale channels by ISBN. Email info@thrivecollectivehq.com and we will send you the ISBNs you need.
Do you offer bulk and book club orders?
Email info@thrivecollectivehq.com with the title and how many copies you need and we will point you to the best way to get them. We respond within one business day. See also our book club page.
