Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard direct orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. Pre-orders ship by the announced release date. The Mother I Did Not Know pre-orders ship by August 31, 2026.
Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How is the ePub delivered?
ePub orders are delivered by email immediately after purchase via Shopify Digital Downloads. Compatible with Apple Books, Kobo, and any standard eReader. For Kindle, order the Kindle edition on Amazon.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Email info@thrivecollectivehq.com with a photo. We replace damaged books immediately.
Signed copies, first editions, the Reader's Companion
Are all your books signed?
Yes. Every paperback and hardcover ordered directly from Thrive Collective Publishing is signed by the author before it ships. Amazon copies are not signed.
What is the Reader's Companion?
A digital PDF companion piece included with series titles. For The Mother I Did Not Know, the Companion includes the character family tree, a Santa Fe and Abiquiú map, author notes on the case-files form, and the first chapter of Book Two as a preview. Delivered to your inbox after purchase.
What does numbered first edition mean?
Each direct-order copy of a first print run is hand-numbered. There is one print run for each launch. Numbered copies will not be reprinted.

All pre-orders ship by August 31, 2026. Direct buyers ship first, before any Amazon orders.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Email info@thrivecollectivehq.com any time before the announced ship date for a full refund. After that date, books are in production for your specific order.
Are your books on Kindle and Audible?
Yes. Most titles are available on Amazon Kindle and select titles on Audible. For the full reader experience with signed copy plus Reader's Companion plus numbered first edition status, order direct from Thrive Collective Publishing.
