About Thrive Collective Publishing

Thrive Collective Publishing is an independent, women-owned publishing house based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Founded in 2025 by Kimberly Burk Cordova. We publish across six imprints and seven primary genres: psychological literary suspense, historical true crime, leadership and business, children's sports biographies, dating and relationships, regional travel, and journals and keepsakes.

Our work is grounded in three principles: real voices over manufactured ones, books built to last over books built to chase a trend, and direct relationships with readers over algorithmic ones.
