Refund policy
We want you to love what you buy from Thrive Collective Publishing. If a book or product does not work for you, here is how returns work.
Standard Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unread, undamaged, and free of writing, markings, dog-eared pages, or any other signs of use. Coloring books and journals must be unmarked. Original packaging is preferred but not required for print books.
How to Start a Return
Email info@thrivecollectivehq.com with your order number and a brief note about why you are returning the item. We will send you return shipping instructions within one business day.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we cover the return label and replace the item or refund in full, your choice.
Restocking Fee
A 10 percent restocking fee is deducted from refunds on returned items in resaleable condition. This covers the cost of inspection and re-processing.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email info@thrivecollectivehq.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost.
Items We Cannot Refund
Ebooks and audiobooks purchased through Amazon, Audible, or other third party retailers must be refunded through those retailers under their policies. We can only process refunds for items purchased directly through Thrive Collective Publishing.
Signed copies, custom bundles, and limited editions are returnable under the same 14 day window but are subject to the same condition requirements.
