Thrive Collective Publishing is an independent publishing house based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, building a catalog of books that earn their place on a reader's shelf.

We publish across true crime, psychological suspense, leadership, children's biography, travel, AI and business strategy, journals, and dating and relationships. The range is deliberate. Real readers don't fit in one category, and the writers we publish don't either.
Our work is grounded in three principles: real voices over manufactured ones, books built to last over books built to chase a trend, and direct relationships with readers over algorithmic ones.

Kimberly Burk Cordova
Founder & PublisherI started Thrive Collective Publishing because the books I wanted to write didn't fit one shelf, and neither did the writers I wanted to support. After three decades in publishing and leadership, I built this house to publish the way I always wanted to be published: with care, with craft, and with the long view.
We are a small, women-owned, independently operated press. No conglomerate. No mission statement written by committee. Just real books from writers who have something honest to say.
