Shipping policy

Here is what you can expect when you order print books, journals, coloring books, or other physical products from Thrive Collective Publishing.

Processing Time

Most of our print books are printed on demand, which means each book is made specifically for your order. Processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days from when you place the order to when it ships. Some titles ship faster, some take a little longer.

Signed copies, custom bundles, and limited editions may take 5 to 10 business days to process because we hand-prepare them.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer USPS Media Mail and USPS Priority Mail for US orders.

USPS Media Mail (5 to 8 business days after shipping): the most affordable option, designed specifically for books. This is our default for orders under $50.

USPS Priority Mail (2 to 4 business days after shipping): faster and includes tracking and insurance up to $100.

Orders over $50 ship free via Media Mail in the United States.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and most countries reached by our print partner Lulu's international network. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are not refundable if you refuse delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you do not see it, check your spam folder, then email info@thrivecollectivehq.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping (domestic) or 30 business days (international), email info@thrivecollectivehq.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will reship or refund at our discretion.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email info@thrivecollectivehq.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We replace damaged books at no cost.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. If you catch the mistake before the order ships, email us immediately and we will correct it if possible.

Ebooks and Audiobooks

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally through Amazon Kindle, Audible, or our digital download partner. There is no physical shipping for these products. Delivery is typically immediate after purchase.
